Our website, services and activities are not directed at children. If you are below 18 years old, you must obtain the consent of your parents or guardians before you provide or disclose any information to us, use our services or participate in our activities. You agree and consent to TROST and its related brands (like TROST CONCEPTS, TROST LEARNING, TROST ACADEMY, TROST PLAY) collecting, storing, using and disclosing your personal data (including but not limited to your personal particulars), whether obtained from you and/or other sources, for one or more of the following purposes:
To administer personal learning and team engagement programmes (such as Enlightening Minds Programme, Engaging Teams Programme, Empowering Leaders Programme etc. ) for and at your workplace;
To conduct assessments through various ways and enable the data collected as well as the results and reports generated from such assessments to be accessed by you and your employer via multiple platforms;
To disseminate information to you about activities, events, courses, workshops, forums, conferences, new products and services, including those conducted by the program partners, consultants and contractors of TROST or any of its related corporations;
To communicate with you on work-related surveys and research, notices, changes in any of the terms or policies of TROST or any of its related brands, as well as promotion and marketing activities.Other purposes in line with TROST’s objectives of building more purpose-driven, fun-inspired and future-ready teams and organisations; and
For the internal purposes of TROST and its related corporations, such as auditing, data analysis and research relating to its activities and services.
You agree that your participation in events, programs, courses, workshops, coaching, forums, conferences, surveys, researches and other activities (collectively, “Activities”) organized, carried out or conducted by TROST or any of its related corporations or any of their program partners, consultants, contractors or other third party service providers is voluntary and that the Activities and their contents are designed to be educational and informative and must not be treated as a substitute for medical advice or treatment from a medical doctor or other healthcare professionals.
Disclosure and Confidentiality
TROST or any of its related corporations may, without informing you or seeking your prior approval, make available or release your personal data to (a) its program partners, consultants and contractors including information technology and healthcare professionals and other third party service providers engaged by it to carry out or assist in carrying out one or more of the purposes set out in points (i) to (vi) above and (b) such third party or parties as may be directed by your employer.
We endeavor to treat your information confidential and not cause any modification, destruction, loss, unauthorized access or misuse within our storage system.
You agree that if required by law or as per directions of any governmental agency, authority or court, we will disclose all your information, including your personal data, without informing you or seeking your prior approval.
